Tom Taylor To Receive NAB's Spirit Of Broadcasting Award

The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTERS (NAB) is honoring recently retired radio trade reporter TOM TAYLOR with the Spirit of Broadcasting Award at the NAB SHOW in LAS VEGAS APRIL 8th. TAYLOR, who published his own email newsletter, TOM TAYLOR NOW, after stints at INSIDE RADIO, M STREET JOURNAL/M STREET DAILY, and RADIO-INFO.COM, previously served as PD at WPST/TRENTON-PRINCETON, WKQQ/LEXINGTON, and WCHL-A/CHAPEL HILL, NC.

“TOM TAYLOR is a beloved friend of radio broadcasters and was daily chronicler of the industry for decades,” said NAB EVP/Communications DENNIS WHARTON. “TOM's love for the business of broadcasting is matched only by his journalistic integrity, and NAB is delighted to honor him for his lifetime of service to quality radio reporting.”
