In other filings with the FCC, TEJAS BROADCASTING, LTD, LLP is selling Hot AC KLTG (THE BEACH 96.5)/CORPUS CHRISTI and Top 40/Rhythmic KLHB (WILD 105.5)/PORTLAND-CORPUS CHRISTI, TX to STARLITE BROADCASTING for $600,000.
Applying for STAs were SUTTON RADIOCASTING CORPORATION (WFSC-A/FRANKLIN, NC, reduced daytime power due to transmitter failure); ADELMAN BROADCASTING, INC. (KWDJ-A/RIDGECREST, CA, reduced power due to transmitter failure; KLOA-A/RIDGECREST, CA, reduced power due to antenna system arcing); FAMILY STATIONS, INC. (WFSI-A/BALTIMORE, reduced power due to bad power module); WALTON STATIONS NEW MEXICO, INC. (KBUY-A/RUIDOSO, NM, night pattern for daytimes due to equipment problems); TOWNSQUARE MEDIA MONMOUTH-OCEAN LICENSE, LLC (WCHR-A/FLEMINGTON, NJ, nondirectional pattern with reduced power at night due to nighttime antenna system failure); and CARL TUTERA (W284CT/MIAMI, reduced to 16 watts due to interference claim from low power FM WAYG-LP/MIAMI).

And FAITH COMMUNITY CHURCH has closed on the sale of W261AE/CAMDEN-DOVER, DE to PETER AND JOHN RADIO FELLOWSHIP, INC. for $31,800. The primary station is Religion WKNZ (88.7 THE BRIDGE)/HARRINGTON, DE.
The Commission also issued a Notice of Violation to ROSECORP TRUST, licensee of LPFM KWCB-LP/WASCO, CA, for Emergency Alert System violations; the station allegedly did not air EAS tests or alerts in 24 of 55 weeks between AUGUST 11, 2017 and AUGUST 28, 2018; in the other 31 weeks, only one of the two required off-the-air sources were received., and after JANUARY 8, 2018, no records of tests or alerts from the Common Alert Protocol-formatted alert were received. The station was also found not to have an EAS Operating Handbook on hand at a NOVEMBER 14, 2017 inspection.
