Black History Month… Remembering Jerry Boulding 'Urbanizing' Part 1

During BLACK HISTORY MONTH, ALL ACCESS Urban/UAC Editor SAM WEAVER will feature our late colleague and friend JERRY BOULDING.

WEAVER said, "JERRY "THE DOCTOR” BOULDING was an encyclopedia of knowledge on many subjects and Black history was especially near and dear to his heart. Long before FEBRUARY was designated to recognize the contributions and accomplishments of African Americans, BOULDING was writing about it.

"During his years as ALL ACCESS Urban/UAC Editor, JERRY's URBANIZING column became an important part of history.  THE DOCTORS insights on BLACK HISTORY MONTH fused the past with the present. Each week of this month, I will feature some of his written gems on Black history.  One of my favorite saying is "the best predictor of future behavior, is past behavior."  Many of THE DOCTORS past BLACK HISTORY MONTH columns can attest to that."
