  NIA BROADCASTING's NEAL ARDMAN tells ALL ACCESS that under the new JSA his company has entered with GENESIS COMMUNICATIONS to operate its FLORIDA stations, BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE will be moving his TAMPA-ST. PETERSBURG affiliation from News-Talk WWBA-A-W252DF (AM 820 NEWS)/LARGO to Sports WHBO-A (SPORTS TALK FLORIDA)/PINELLAS PARK.
  A new morning host for WWBA is yet to be announced.
