TSJ RADIO, LLC is selling Gospel WVKO-A (1580 THE PRAISE)/COLUMBUS, OH to PERCY SQUIRE (STOP 26-RIVERBEND, LLC)'s SANDBLAST, LP for $250,000.  The buyer has been programming the station under an LMA since last MARCH.

In other filings with the FCC, JOHN SMALL's CUP O' DIRT, LLC is selling Regional Mexican KZOI-A (LA FIESTA 97.1)/DAKOTA CITY, NE-SIOUX CITY, IA and K246CJ/SIOUX CITY, IA to JOAQUIN GARZA's LA FIESTA 971, LLC for $200,000 ($10,000 deposit, $8,000 credit for equipment repair, $152,000 cash, $30,000 promissory note).  The buyer has been programming the station under a time brokerage agreement since NOVEMBER 2017.

STA applications were filed by MT. RUSHMORE BROADCASTING, INC. (KMLD/CASPER, WY, temporary facilities while building out its construction permit) and CHRISTOPHER W. JOHNSON (WAMI-A/OPP, AL, return to licensed site while issues with diplexing at its permitted site are addressed).

Silent STA applications came from REDROCK RADIO GROUP LLC (K251BC/KAYENTA, AZ, updating facility) and GULF COAST STATE COLLEGE (WKGC/SOUTHPORT, FL, repairs needed after Hurricane Michael).

And extensions for multiple Silent STAs were requested by REIER BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. (KBOZ-A, KBOZ-F, KOBB-A, KOBB-F/BOZEMAN, MT, KOZB, K265AS, and K240CO/LIVINGSTON, MT, K288ES/BIG SKY, MT, financial difficulties).
