KEA RADIO, INC. is selling Classic Hits WMXN-F (1017 THE STORM)/STEVENSON, AL and Country WKEA-F (K98) and W289BV/SCOTTSBORO, AL to SOUTHERN TORCH, INC. for $600,000.

In other filings with the FCC, WALKER FM HOLDINGS, LLC is selling Country KJDL-F (RED-DIRT REBEL 105.3 FM)/LEVELLAND-LUBBOCK, TX to CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES OF THE VALLEY, INC. for $312,500 ($12,500 deposit, $200,000 cash, $100,000 promissory note).

JDK BROADCASTING LLC is donating Silent KWNA-A and K221AG/WINNEMUCCA, NV to FUNDACION MANITAS LLENAS, INC.

WILLIAMS CREEK BAPTIST CHURCH is selling W300AQ/WILLIAMSTOWN, WV to FELLOWSHIP BAPTIST CHURCH OF VIENNA, WV at no charge.  The primary station will be noncommercial WHNK/PARKERSBURG, WV.

(KRCB-F/WINDSOR, CA, technical problems and antenna support pole blown over in wind storm) and UNIVERSAL BROADCASTING OF NEW YORK, INC. (WTHE-A/MINEOLA, NY ordered to cease operation of temporary longwire antenna after complaints from neighbors that the station was operating a business at a residential location, after which the power company disconnected power to the operation).
