MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS Country WNCY (Y100)/GREEN BAY-APPLETON-OSHKOSH, WI morning personality RANDY “SHOTGUN” SHANNON celebrated VALENTINE’S DAY today (2/14) by marrying three couples live on the air. WNCY morning co-host CHARLI MCKENZIE acted as maid of honor for the event, and midday host LUKE REID was best man.
