Cox Parent Company Elects Two To Board

COX ENTERPRISES has elected CLARKE LITTLEFIELD LLC President JANET MORRISON CLARKE and TURNER ENTERPRISES, INC. Pres./CEO S. TAYLOR GLOVER to its Board of Directors, replacing the retiring CARL R. GROSS and PAUL J. RIZZO. CLARKE will serve as Chair of the Compensation COmmittee and GLOVER will serve on the Executive Committee.
