RANDY MICHAELS' RADIOACTIVE, LLC is selling Country WKFC (NASH ICON 101.9)/NORTH CORBIN, KY to F.T.G, BROADCASTING, INC. (KEY BROADCASTING, INC.) for $300,000. The buyer is acquiring the station under an option granted to LMA operator CHOICE RADIO CORPORATION and transferred to the buyer.
In other filings with the FCC, JOY CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES CHURCH is swapping Southern Gospel WKTH/TULLAHOMA, TN to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for Southern Gospel WLYJ/QUITMAN, MS.
AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION is selling Religion KKNL/VALENTINE, NE to COMMUNITY PUBLIC MEDIA for $2,500.
JOHN LYKINS will be the sole owner of OL TIMEY BROADCASTING, LLC, licensee of News-Talk KRRD-A-K291CK/FAYETTEVILLE, AR, after would-be 50% partner STEVE BUTLER did not come up with the funds to buy 50% of the company as previously filed in 2017. At the same time, LYKINS' BUTLER BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC is selling Alternative KXNA (104.9 THE X)/SPRINGDALE, AR, Sports KREB (ESPN RADIO 1190 THE FAN)/BENTONVILLE-BELLA, AR, Spanish Sports KFFK-A (1390 AM ESPN DEPORTES)/ROGERS, AR, K264DA/BENTONVILLE, AR, and K263CB/SPRINGDALE, AR to LYKINS and BUTLER's ROX RADIO GROUP, LLC (spelled REX on the application and ROX in the contract) for $18,718 and assumption of debt to the IRS.
