Alt-pop band LOVELYTHEBAND will appear on AMERICAN IDOL's All-Star Duet Rounds, where the show's Top 20 finalists take the stage with the group and other musicians as they continue their journey in the competition. Air date for their appearance on the ABC-TV show will be announced at a later date.

Additionally, LOVELYTHEBAND's hit single "broken" is now certified Platinum by the RIAA having reached #1 on the Adult Top 40 radio chart and peaked at #12 on the Top 40 radio chart. With a total radio audience of 2 billion, "broken" sent six weeks as #1 track on Alternative Radio.

Their new single, "maybe, i'm afraid," impacted at Alternative radio earlier this month, and will go out on a 26-date spring tour starting MARCH 26th and ending JUNE 21st.
