Report: R. Kelly Indicted After New Evidence Emerges

The COOK COUNTY STATE'S ATTORNEY office has indicted singer R. KELLY on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse -- a class 2 felony -- involving four alleged victims, CNN reports. A grand jury was convened earlier this month, when new allegations were levied against KELLY after attorney MICHAEL AVENATTI claimed to have handed a videotape -- that allegedly showed the singer having sex with an underage girl -- to the STATE'S ATTORNEY'S Office .

CNN reports that it has has seen the VHS tape, which is around 43 minutes long and "appears to show KELLY having sex with a girl who refers to her body parts as 14 years old."
