ALL ACCESS Urban/UAC Editor SAM WEAVER concludes our BLACK HISTORY MONTH tribute to our late colleague and friend, “THE DOCTOR,” JERRY BOULDING.

WEAVER said, "He never stopped examining the keys to the word "Why" in regards to Black History Month.  "THE DOCTOR" understood the difference between talking at people and talking to them.  Once he made the "Mind Meld" with you, he'd connect the dots between Black History, American History, and radio.
