MID-WEST FAMILY BROADCASTING Country WRTB (95.3 THE BULL)/ROCKFORD, IL has promoted afternoon-drive talent GORDON MAYS to APD. He has been with the station for a little more than year-and-a-half, following stints in CHICAGO and PHILADELPHIA (Country WXTU).
