BONNEVILLE Sports KIRO-A (710 ESPN)/SEATTLE has revamped its weekday evening show "SEATTLE SPORTS AT NIGHT" and has added a new SATURDAY show.
"SEATTLE SPORTS AT NIGHT," airing MONDAY through THURSDAY 7-9p (PT) (or after the postgame show for MARINERS baseball or WASHINGTON STATE men's basketball), is hosted by producer and periodic SEATTLE SPORTS AT NIGHT host CURTIS ROGERS, station SEAHAWKS insider STACY ROST, and former SEAHAWKS practice squad quarterback JAKE HEAPS.
"SEATTLE SPORTS SATURDAY," debuting MARCH 2nd and airing 9a-noon, will be hosted by the weekday "THE BLITZ AT 6" host LUDIA CRUZ, the station's Audience Engagement Specialist TAYLOR JACOBS, and ROGERS and debuts this SATURDAY (3/3). The new show bumps JOHN CLAYTON to 8-9a (PT).
“I am really excited about both of these new shows as we give new opportunities to some of our rising stars in the building,” said PD and afternoon co-host MIKE SALK. “CURTIS has done an incredible job hosting this spot solo, but we are excited to add STACY and JAKE as hosts as well. STACY has made a huge impact on our building and we are thrilled to add a regular hosting spot to her 710Sports.com writing duties. JAKE has been a huge contributor as a guest host, football analyst and digital/video star.... LYDIA will build upon the great success of THE BLITZ by adding a talk show format and TAYLOR brings a unique point of view."
