  VOX AM/FM News-Talk WVMT-A-W242BK/BURLINGTON, VT has pulled the plug on its morning show with PETE BELAIR and SARAH MITIGUY after just two months and replaced it with a show with BURLINGTON City Council President KURT WRIGHT and MARCUS CERTA, reports SEVEN DAYS.
  
  BELAIR and MITIGUY moved to WVMT from sister Top 40 WXXX (95 TRIPLE X) in JANUARY, replacing the retiring CHARLIE PAPILLO and ERNIE FARRAR. VOX AM/FM acquired the stations in OCTOBER.
