ALPHA MEDIA R&B Oldies KKBB (GROOVE 99.3)/BAKERSFIELD PD DANNY PALACIOS has been upped to ALPHA MEDIA/BAKERSFIELD OM and PD of Top 40/Mainstream KLLY (ENERGY 95.3).  PALACIOS will continue to program KKBB and as OM, PALACIOS now oversees KKBB, KLLY and News/Talk KNZR A-F.
