Country star TRISHA YEARWOOD has signed on to host a weekly show on SIRIUSXM. “Trisha’s Café,” which debuts today (3/4), can be heard at 5p (ET) on the satcaster’s “The Garth Channel (Ch. 55),” which is curated by YEARWOOD’S husband, GARTH BROOKS.
THE GRAMMY-winning YEARWOOD is author of three NEW YORK TIMES-bestselling cook books and host of the EMMY-winning FOOD NETWORK hit “TRISHA’s Southern Kitchen.” Her SIRIUSXM show will combine her loves of food and music. Each week the show will feature five songs, billed as the “appetizer, today’s special, main course, cocktail, and dessert.” YEARWOOD will choose the first four songs and the fifth song, the “dessert,” will be chosen by a fan. Listeners will hear music from established stars and upcoming performers from both Pop and Country music.
The weekly show will rebroadcast on WEDNESDAYS at 1p, FRIDAYS at 9a, SATURDAYS at 3p, and SUNDAYS at 8p (all times ET). In addition to SIRIUSXM radios, the show can be heard via the SIRIUSXM mobile app, and on a wide variety of connected devices including smart TVs, AMAZON ALEXA, APPLE TV, PLAYSTATION, ROKU, SONOS speakers and more. Those with SIRIUSXM streaming access can also listen online.
