WNFN/Nashville Wraps 3rd Annual Teddy Bear Drive

Fuzzy Friends For The Kids!

Warm and (literally) fuzzy news from MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS Top 40 WNFN (i106.7)/NASHVILLE. The station just completed its third annual, iLove NASHVILLE Teddy Bear Drive. Listeners were encouraged to drop off brand new teddy bears, which will be given to area first responders, who'll give them to children on the scene, when they arrive after a 911 call.

PD/Brand Manager JOE BREEZY tells ALL ACCESS, "It's amazing how something as simple as a teddy bear, can truly help comfort a child who has just been through something traumatic. I couldn't be more proud of our team and our listeners for stepping up and collecting over a 1,000 bears, almost doubling last year's amount!"
