CUMULUS MEDIA Rock KLOS/LOS ANGELES set a U.S. Rock Radio record during it's recent St. Jude Rocks Radiothon for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital raising $856,130 in just 26 hours.
Led by morning rockers FROSTY, HEIDI & FRANK, MARCI WISER and STEVE JONES (JONESY'S JUKEBOX) in middays, and GARY MOORE in afternoons, KLOS raised the $856,130 on THURSDAY and FRIDAY FEBRUARY 28th and MARCH 1st.
The two-day live broadcast drove donations from KLOS listeners in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA that set a U.S. Rock Radio fundraising record for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for the second consecutive year.
