IAB Names Scott Schiller Executive-In-Residence

The INTERACTIVE ADVERTISING BUREAU has named its former Chairman and COMCAST NBCUNIVERSAL VP/GM SCOTT SCHILLER as its latest Executive-in-Residence. SCHILLER's role will be to provide the IAB with strategic guidance.
"SCOTT is a visionary in this business and an educator, and we are thrilled to have him dedicating his perspective, proficiency, and time to our initiatives, especially during this period of great change for the industry," said IAB CEO RANDALL ROTHENBERG. "He has long been a friend and supporter of the IAB, and this position brings him closer than ever to our efforts to help all businesses adapt to the new demands driven by the direct-to-consumer revolution."
"I am excited to continue working closely with the IAB," said SCHILLER. "This industry Is moving into its next major evolutionary phase, one where brands and consumers have a radically closer relationship than in the past. I'm looking forward to applying my experience to help all businesses adapt to this gargantuan shift."
SCHILLER follows HULU SVP/Advertising Sales PETER NAYLOR, former DISNEY/ABC TELEVISION EVP for Digital Media JOHN FRELINGHUYSEN, and DOSH CRO JIM NORTON in the IAB In-Residence program.
