UNIVERSAL MUSIC PUBLISHING GROUP (UMPG) has promoted EVP/LATIN MUSIC ALEXANDRA LIOUTIKOFF to Pres./LATIN AMERICA and U.S. LATIN. LIOUTIKOFF becomes the first female president of LATIN AMERICA and U.S. LATIN for a major music publishing company.
