Control of BONNER AND CARLILE ENTERPRISES, licensee of Southern Gospel WZCT-A/SCOTTSBORO, AL, is being transferred from ROBERT CARLILE and RICHARD CARLILE  to GRETA GENTLE CARLILE under the terms of a divorce settlement.  The transaction has RICHARD CARLILE transferring all of his shares to ROB CARLILE, then ROB transferring all of the shares to GRETA CARLILE.

In other filings with the FCC, applying for STAs were TOWNSQUARE MEDIA LAKE CHARLES LICENSE, LLC (KLCL-A/LAKE CHARLES, LA, educed power due to transmitter failure); CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. (KIMW/HEFLIN, LA, reduced power due to transmitter metering card malfunction); and VERMONT PUBLIC RADIO (W231BQ/MONTPELIER, VT, reduced power due to transmitter failure).

And FRIENDS OF MARION COUNTY has applied for a Silent STA for low power FM KMCQ-LP/SALEM, OR after losing its site.

The Commission also issued a Notice of Violation to the SLAVIC COMMUNITY CENTER OF NW, INC. for EAS violations at low power FM KBSF-LP/PORTLAND, OR.
