WHKO/Dayton Named Children’s Miracle Network's Station Of The Year

Congrats goes out to COX MEDIA GROUP Country WHKO (K99.1FM)/DAYTON PD NANCY WILSON and her morning show co-host, FRYE GUY, on their efforts, which resulted in WHKO being named Radio Station Of The Year by CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK. The station has worked with the organization for more than 20 years, and each year both WILSON and FRYE broadcast live from local affiliate DAYTON CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL for several days to encourage listeners to donate funds. To date, the program has raised almost $4 million.
