CHRIS HUFF has been elevated from APD/MD to PD at ENTERCOM KILT (100.3 THE BULL)/HOUSTON. He will retain his APD duties for sister Adult Hits station KKHH (95.7 THE SPOT). HUFF has been with KILT since 2014. He succeeds former ENTERCOM/HOUSTON VP/Programming BRUCE LOGAN, who departed the company late last year (NET NEWS 12/6/18).
“After an extensive nationwide search, we realized the best person to lead THE BULL was already with us here in HOUSTON,” said ENTERCOM/HOUSTON VP/Market Mgr. SARAH FRAZIER. “CHRIS’ knowledge of radio, and specifically Country radio in TEXAS, is next to none. His everyday actions display a pragmatic and hardworking leadership style, and it is evident that he is the right person to lead this terrific team moving forward.”
“Growing up in TEXAS, I’ve always regarded KILT-FM as a truly iconic radio station,” said HUFF. “I was thrilled to join this team five years ago, and am truly excited to take the reins of THE BULL in this new role."
Prior to joining KILT, HUFF spent 12 years as the APD/MD for KSCS/DALLAS. He has also held programming and on-air roles in CHATTANOOGA and KNOXVILLE, TN and GREENSBORO, NC. Congratulate him here.
