XHTZ (Z90)/San Diego Listener Cashes In 'Rick Morton's $10,000 Pay Day'

LOCAL MEDIA SAN DIEGO Top 40 XHTZ (Z90)/SAN DIEGO morning host RICK MORTON called listener ASHLEY REESE last FRIDAY, to tell her that she won a $10,000 cash grand prize in a station sweepstakes. There were over 250,000 entries over a five-week period to win "RICK MORTON's $10,000 Pay Day." 

"After weeks of words and all the build up, it feels awesome to finally giveaway $10,000 to a Z90 listener," said MORTON.  "I'm so happy for ASHLEY, she really put in the effort to listen and win, and it paid off big.  It's a great feeling to give such a massive reward to someone right here in our hometown."

Unlike national cash sweepstakes, "RICK MORTON's $10,000 Pay Day" was for local listeners only.
