  POLLACK BROADCASTING News-Talk WCGO-A/EVANSTON-CHICAGO is adding an FM translator simulcast on W240EH/EVANSTON.
  The translator, at 95.9 FM from one of the AM station's towers , is scheduled to go live on MONDAY (3/25), according to the station's "CITIZEN KELLY" host WILLIAM KELLY. The 250 watt facility's primary signal covers EVANSTON and the far north side of CHICAGO.
