LIVING FAITH FELLOWSHIP AND OUTREACH MINISTRIES, INC. is transferring low power FM WLFQ-LP/ELKHART, IN to CENTRO EVANGELISTICO LATINO AMERICANO, INC. as a donation for $1 consideration.

In other filings with the FCC, GREENCASTLE-ANTRIM EDUCATION FOUNDATION is transferring low power FM WRGG-LP/GREENCASTLE, PA to WRGG GOOD COMPANION RADIO.

MARS HILL BROADCASTING CO., INC. has applied for an STA to operate WMHR/SYRACUSE at reduced power due to transmitter module failure.

SOUTHERN BELLE, LLC has requested an STA to operate WFKY/FRANKFORT, KY with reduced power due to a defective antenna.

And ENDURANCE BROADCASTING, LLC has filed for an STA to operate KLBB-A/STILLWATER, MN with an emergency longwire antenna to return on the air before its Silent STA expires.  The station has been silent for financial reasons and no longer has its licensed site.
