NASHVILLE-based CROWD SURF has promoted Dir./Marketing READ DAVIS to Dir./Creative Operations, overseeing its newly-launched Creative Services Department. DAVIS has been with the company for about five years, and started out in the role of Project Mgr.

The new department will offer clients production services that will include photography, videography, graphic and web design.
