In other filings with the FCC, CLARENCE J. GAY is selling his 50% of HOUR GROUP BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of News-Talk WLTG-A and W269DR/PANAMA CITY, FL, to CHARLES K. WINSTANLEY for $20,000.  A.D. WHITEHURST remains 50% stockholder and President of the company.

CHAPEL HILL MEDIA GROUP, LLC  has applied for an STA to operate WCHL-A/CHAPEL HILL, NCat variance and possibly reduced power at night due to the replacement and adjustment of the station's isocoupler.
