The price by which JOHN W. PIRKLE is selling Adult Hits WNFZ (94.3 JACK FM, formerly Alternative 94Z)/KNOXVILLE to MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS is $2 million plus the LMA under which MIDWEST took over programming the station on MARCH 21st.  The price was undisclosed when the deal was announced.

In other filings with the FCC, EAST KENTUCKY RADIO NETWORK, INC. is selling News-Talk WBTH-A and Country WXCC (COAL COUNTRY 96.5)/WILLIAMSON, WV, News-Talk WPRT-A/PRESTONBURG, KY, and W282BZ/ELKHORN CITY, KY and EAST KENTUCKY BROADCASTING CORP. is selling Classic Hits WPKE-A (HIT CITY USA), News-Talk WLSI-A, Country WDHR, W251AI, and W240CL/PIKEVILLE, KY, Classic Rock WPKE-F (ROCK 103)/COAL RUN, KY, Top 40 WZLK (Z 107.5)/VIRGIE, KY, Classic Hits WEKB-A (HIT CITY USA)/ELKHORN CITY, KY, W273BC/WILLIAMSON, KY, and W283AP/PRESTONBURG, KY to LYNN PARRISH's MOUNTAIN TOP MEDIA LLC for $2.85 million plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.
