KKCM Fills Truck With Food And Toys

COX RADIO Christian KKCM (SPIRIT 102.3)/TULSA is wrapping up its "Spirit Of Giving" food/toy drive this week. SPIRIT 102.3 partnered with local NBC affiliate Channel 2 to collect food items for the COMMUNITY FOOD BANK OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA and toy items for DHS CHRISTMAS FOR KIDS. Over 4,300 pounds of food and over 3,000 individual toys though were given from SPIRIT 102.3 listeners.

SPIRIT 102.3 PD/morning show host CHRIS KELLY said, "When REBECCA and I opened the SPIRIT truck to make the toy delivery on MONDAY, the support and generosity from SPIRIT listeners overwhelmed me! These toys are going to make CHRISTMAS so special for a lot of GREEN COUNTY."
