HUFFINES LICENSE SUBSIDIARY, LLC is selling Religion WMET-A/GAITHERSBURG, MD-WASHINGTON, DC and W276DT/FALLS CHURCH, VA to LA PROMESA FOUNDATION for $1.5 million.  The buyer is programming the station under a Time Brokerage Agreement.

In other filings with the FCC, RADIO LUZ, INC. is selling Spanish Religion WRLZ-A/EATONVILLE-ORLANDO, FL to MARC RADIO ORLANDO, LLC for $800,000.

MAHALO MULTIMEDIA, LLC is selling Country KKOA/VOLCANO-HILO, HI and its boosters in HILO, KAILUA-KONA, and NAALEHU, and Oldies KBGX (LAVA 105)/KEAAU-HILO, HI and its boosters in KAILUA-KONA and NAALEHU  to RESOANTE HAWAII LLC for $550,000 ($25,000 down, $128,000 cash at closing, $397,000 in a promissory note).

TEEN CHALLENGE INTERNATIONAL, INC. is donating noncommercial KMOA/NU'UULI, AMERICAN SAMOA to TEEN CHALLENGE OF AMERICAN SAMOA.
