STOKES NIELSON, the former frontman of Country band THE LOST TRAILERS who went on to become a music industry executive, has declared his candidacy to replace LAMAR ALEXANDER in the U.S. SENATE in 2020. NIELSON, a Republican, is running on an anti-tax, pro-growth platform. His core issue is opposing gas tax hikes.
