Burrell Communications Signs For PPM

ARBITRON INC. announced that BURRELL COMMUNICATIONS, a leading multicultural full service communications company, has signed a contract for the use of ARBITRON PORTABLE PEOPLE METER radio ratings service in HOUSTON when ARBITRON commercializes the PPMTM.
