Two more radio stations are facing possible license revocation by the FCC due to unpaid regulatory fees if they do not pay the delinquencies or show cause why they do not owe the fees or the payments should be waived or deferred.
The licensees issued Orders to Pay Or Show Cause are SUN MEDIA, INC. for Classic Rock WJLI (ROCK 98.3)/METROPOLIS, IL-PADUCAH, KY, which allegedly owes $944.10 for Fiscal Year 2007, $308.87 for FY 2009, $5,642.68 for FY 2010, $5,202.19 for FY 2012, and $5,198.37 for FY 2013, and KSBH, INC., licensee of Country KSBH (94.9 THE RIVER)/COUSHATTA-NATCHITOCHES, LA, which owes $1,681.25 for Fiscal Year 2009, $1,836.16 for FY 2011, $2,007.83 for FY 2012, $2,017.53 for FY 2013; $1,946.50 for FY 2014; and $1,897.50 for FY 2017.
