The price for which RADIO PARTNERS, LLC is selling Classic Hits WRRN (92 GOLD) and News-Talk WNAE-A-W244DY (NEWS TALK 96.7 FM)/WARREN, PA and Country WKNB (KINZUA COUNTRY 104.3)/CLARENDON, PA to LILLY BROADCASTING OF PENNSYLVANIA LLC is $900,000, according to the contract filed with the FCC.  The price was not disclosed when the sale was announced last week; A previous sale of the stations to LAUREL MEDIA, INC. for $1 million in 2017 never closed. LILLY owns CBS affiliate WSEE-TV-CW affiliate WSEE-DT2 (THE CW ERIE)/ERIE and operates SJL BROADCASTING's NBC affiliate WICU-TV via a Shared Services Agreement.

In other filings with the FCC, DAVID LINDER's LINDER MEDIA, LLC is selling 24% of SUBARCTIC MEDIA, LLC to LYNN KETELSEN's KETELSEN MEDIA, LLC for $1,668,701.12.  SUBARCTIC owns Country KATO-F (MINNESOTA 93)/NEW ULM, MN; Top 40 KDOG (HOT 96.7), Sports KFSP-A (THE FAN), News-Talk KTOE-A, K274AL, K276EH, and K252GA/MANKATO, MN; Country KRRW and Oldies KXAC/ST. JAMES, MN; Classic Rock KXLP/EAGLE LAKE, MN;  Classic Country-News-Talk KMHL-A-K269GR, Top 40 KKCK, and Sports KNSG (THE FAN)/MARSHALL, MN; Country KARL/TRACY, MN;  K277AI/RUSSELL, MN; and Classic Hits KARZ/SPRINGFIELD, MN.

RADIOJONES, LLC has applied for a STA to operate WHCG-A/METTER, GA with the new tower designated in a construction permit application that remains pending with the Commission.

Requesting Silent STAs were TITUS HARVEST DOME SPECTRUM CHURCH, INC. (WZAZ-A and W254CW/JACKSONVILLE, FL, damaged guy wire and antenna took WZAZ (W254CW's primary station) off the air) and SPIRIT RADIO OF NORTH FLORIDA, INC. (WWLC-A/CROSS CITY, FL, lost its STL).

JDK BROADCASTING LLC has closed on the donation of Silent KWNA-A and K221AG/WINNEMUCCA, NV to FUNDACION MANITAS LLENAS, INC.

And PORT BROADCASTING, LLC has closed on the sale of W272CG/SANFORD, ME to MAINE PUBLIC BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $217,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Classical WMEA-HD2/PORTLAND.

Also, TEJAS BROADCASTING, LTD, LLP has closed on the sale of Hot AC KLTG (THE BEACH 96.5)/CORPUS CHRISTI and Top 40/Rhythmic KLHB (WILD 105.5)/PORTLAND-CORPUS CHRISTI, TX to STARLITE BROADCASTING for $600,000.  BILL WHITLEY and GEORGE REED of MEDIA SERVICES GROUP served as exclusive brokers for the deal.
