The ILLINOIS ASSOCIATED PRESS BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION has announced the winners of its 2018 Contest awards at the ILLNOIS NEWS BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION SPRING Convention in NORMAL, IL on SATURDAY (4/13).
