JOHNSON BROADCASTING VENTURES, LTD. is selling Gospel WCPS-A-W242DG/TARBORO, NC to REV. THOMAS L. WALKER's TREY AND ASSOCIATES, LLC for $250,000 ($20,000 deposit, $80,000 cash at closing, $150,000 in a promissory note).

In other filings with the FCC, DONEGAL ENTERPRISES INC. is selling Oldies KSVL/SMITH, NV to THE EVANS BROADCAST COMPANY, INC. for $20,000.

As part of the previously announced bankruptcy of the READING EAGLE newspaper and its co-owned WEEU BROADCASTING COMPANY, licensee of News-Talk WEEU-A/READING, PA, the radio licensee has filed for debtor-in-possession status.  The company is seeking a buyer for the operations.
