In a email to TULSA staffers, GRIFFIN COMMUNICATIONS VP/COO ROB KRIER wrote, "As we continue to find synergies between radio and TV, I wanted to share some exciting integration news with you. We are happy to announce that RANDY SMITH, currently with COX RADIO/TULSA, will be joining us as Director of Radio Sales. RANDY brings years of experience, tons of local connections, and a can-do spirit to our already winning team. As part of the integration, RANDY and our sales team will now be part of our overall GRIFFIN sales team and will report to VP of Sales WADE DEAVER. RANDY will start with GRIFFIN RADIO on APRIL 29th."

KRIER also noted DAN SMITH will be taking on a new role as Radio Local Sales Manager.

Additionally, STEVE HUNTER will be Dir./Radio Operations and Programming for the stations and will report directly to KRIER. MELISSA THOMPSON’s role will continue to expand on the GRIFFIN COMMUNICATIONS accounting team. MORGAN GRAMMER will now be Dir./Radio Engineering and will be reporting to TREVOR WISEMAN. ALEXIS TROTTER’s new title will be Dir./Radio Marketing, and she will continue to report to HOUSTON HUNT.
