ALL ACCESS reported (NET NEWS 12/8) on CLEAR CHANNEL's move of AC WJER-F/DOVER-NEW PHILADELPHIA, OH to NORTH CANTON a few weeks ago. 

Now, OHIO MEDIA WATCH has uncovered a website that might tip off the future format of the station. However, the site, which promises "CANTON's Better Country", and a 25,000 song "no commercial" start, is now password protected. Station officials offered "no comment" when contacted by ALL ACCESS.
