ALL ACCESS sends thoughts and prayers to former SWEET TALK PUBLICITY publicist MONTINE FELSO who lost her mother, MARGARET "MEG" FRANKLIN, on TUESDAY (4/23) at UCSD HILLCREST in SAN DIEGO.
