No new station sale transactions appeared in the FCC database FRIDAY morning (4/26).  However, in one deal that hasn't appeared in the database yet, FAMILY LIFE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Religion KFLT-A-K269FV/TUCSON to former PROVIDENCE SERVICE CORP. and SINFONIA CEO FLETCHER MCCUSKER's TUCSON RADIO, LLC for an undisclosed price.  KALIL & CO., INC. served as exclusive broker for the transaction.

In one filing that did show up in the database, MARY MEDICUS has closed on the sale of K213FH/GOLDEN, CO to VIC MICHAEL's CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. for $30,000.  The primary station is noncommercial Variety KRKY-F (K-ROCKY)/DOUGLAS, WY.
