R&B crooner and two time GRAMMY winner PEABO BRYSON is resting comfortably following a "mild heart attack" which hospitalized him over the weekend.

Doctors are "optimistic for a speedy recovery" for the 68 year-old voice behind such great songs as "Beauty & the Beast," "A Whole New World," "If You're Ever in My Arms Again" and "Tonight I Celebrate My Love" which PEABO recorded with ROBERTA FLACK.
