CLEAR CHANEL/MIAMI has named ROD PHILLIPS as its new OM/Contemporary Brands. ROD will oversee WHYI (Y100) and WMGE (MEGA 94.9). The announcement was made yesterday by George Toulas, President/Market Manager for Clear Channel South Florida.
