Report: KDAL/Duluth Host Faces Domestic Assault Charge

MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS News-Talk KDAL-A/DULUTH, MN "MIDDAY LIVE" host KENNY KALLIGHER has been arrested on a misdemeanor domestic assault charge, reports the DULUTH NEWS TRIBUNE.

KALLIGHER was arrested on SATURDAY and pleaded not guilty on TUESDAY to the charge, which police say arose from an argument with a female victim who said KALLIGHER hit her in the right temple, knocking her unconscious. KALLIGHER, who was released on his own recognizance, has been off the air since the arrest but is expected to be on the air TODAY; his next hearing is set for MAY 23rd.
