iHeartMedia Spinoff Trust Sells KFNY/Centralia-Tacoma To Bustos; Entercom Sells High Desert Combo

OCEAN STATION TRUST II LLC, one of the iHEARTMEDIA spinoff trusts, is selling Smooth Jazz KFNY/CENTRALIA-TACOMA, WA to BUSTOS MEDIA HOLDINGS, LLC for $3 million.
In other filings with the FCC, ENTERCOM LICENSE, LLC is selling Sports KMPS-A (CBS SPORTS RADIO 910)/HESPERIA, CA and Classic Hits KVFG (THE ROUTE 103)/VICTORVILLE, CA to EL DORADO BROADCASTING's EDB VV LICENSE LLC for $1 million. The deal also requires the buyer to sell off the land under the AM transmitter and split the proceeds 50-50 with the seller as long as the sale is for over $500,000 and closes within 24 months of listing.
LAMM MEDIA GROUP, INC. is selling Full Service WTSB-A-W288DH/SELMA, NC to TRUTH BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $175,000 ($10,000 down, the rest in a promissory note), plus an LMA that began in MARCH.
EMPIRE BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling WAIX-A/MECHANICVILLE, NY and W227DW/SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY to SARATOGA RADIO LLC for $100,000 plus an LMA before closing. SARATOGA RADIO is a partnership between RICKI LEE SHORTHOSE and HANNA KALETA's BORDER MEDIA, LLC and AARON and JESSICA ISHMAEL's A&J RADIO; SHORTHOSE, a U.K. citizen, and KALETA, a citizen of POLAND, were previously approved by the FCC as owners of WRGR/TUPPER LAKE, NY.
ALEXIS V. DEDELOW is donating 49% of VAZQUEZ DEVELOPMENT, LLC, licensee of WJOB-A-W284CY/HAMMOND, IN, to her husband JAMES E. DEDELOW. JAMES DEDELOW will hold 79.6% of the company after the transfer, and ALEXIS DEDELOW will hold 4.4%.

And RADIO GEORGIA, INC. has closed on the sale of Classic Hits WFAL (ZOOM 105.9 FM)/MILNER, GA to AUGUSTA RADIO FELLOWSHIP INSTITUTE, INC. for $400,000.
