NASHVILLE-based artist management firm MORRIS HIGHAM MANAGEMENT hosted a concert at the city’s famed BLUEBIRD CAFE on TUESDAY, MAY 7th to raise money for the CMA FOUNDATION, which funds music education programs. The sold-out show featured WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE artists MICHAEL RAY, RYAN GRIFFIN and WALKER COUNTY, as well as ARISTA NASHVILLE’S CARLTON ANDERSON. More than $2,000 was raised.
Additional MORRIS HIGHAM fundraising shows are scheduled for TUESDAY, AUGUST 6th, to benefit the MUSICARES FOUNDATION, and TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19th, benefitting the ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC’S LIFTING LIVES foundation. All of the shows will be held at the BLUEBIRD and will feature MORRIS HINGHAM clients performing in the round.
"Our industry partners do such an incredible job of not only sharing Country music far and wide but also by giving back within in our community and supporting its future through many wonderful initiatives," said MORRIS HIGHAM’S ROBERT FILHART. "We wanted to find a way to contribute to those causes and that led to the creation of 'MORRIS HIGHAM Presents At THE BLUEBIRD CAFE.’”
