STEVEN J. CALLAHAN is selling News-Talk WVBF-A and W259DD/MIDDLEBOROUGH CENTER, MA to MARC R. PACHECO's MRP COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSULTING, LLC for $100,000 plus $100,000 for real property.

In other filings with the FCC, EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is donating K271BW/LUBBOCK, TX; K269FZ/LUBBOCK, SOUTH, TX; K256BJ/BORGER, TX; K296EW/PAMPA, TX; K284BH/CANYON, TX; K280EU/AMARILLO, TX; K209DK/BIG SPRING, TX; and K213EW/SAN ANGELO, TX to GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH OF AMARILLO. The stations were among those that RADIO BY GRACE, INC., to which EDGEWATER donated several other translators, declined to accept.
