  THE BUZZ is back in CINCINNATI, as URBAN ONE has reverted Urban Oldies WDBZ-A-W268CM (SOUL 101.5) to its previous News-Talk format.
  
  The station had continued to air the local talk show hosted by LINCOLN WARE in the 10a-noon (ET) slot during its music incarnation, which began three years ago; local shows with EMANUEL LIVINGSTON (noon-3p) and former Mayor DWIGHT TILLERY (3-5p, beginning JUNE 3rd) will also be in the lineup. The syndicated TOM JOYNER MORNING SHOW will continue in mornings; repeats of the local shows will air after 6p.
