Veteran Radio Personality 'Peter B' Boam Dies At 73

Condolences to family and friends of longtime former radio personality "PETER B" BOAM, who died FRIDAY (5/17) at his home in MARIN COUNTY, CA at 73, according to BOSS BOSS RADIO, where he had been hosting an online show since 2012, and NBC affiliate KMTV (NBC 15)/MADISON, WI.

BOAM was best remembered for his stints on KVI-A/SEATTLE (1973-82) and WIBA-A/MADISON, WI (1982-89); he also worked at KLIV-A/SAN JOSE, KROY-A/SACRAMENTO, and KALL-A/SALT LAKE CITY before moving into marketing, communications, and compliance positions outside radio (including six years with DISCOVER CARD FINANCIAL SERVICES and five at CALIFORNIA HARLEY-DAVIDSON) and voiceover work.
